You can apply only when a job posting is active. The application must be made in English on the FOOD2 Application Scheme. It is only possible to apply for 1 scholarship per application Scheme. The scheme can be downloaded here (March 2008 version):

The schemes should be downloaded by mouse-right clicking and choosing "Save target as..". Do not double-click the reference to the scheeme as it might cause an error on your computer.

 

Applications can only be submitted as email attachments according to the actual job posting. The application must include scans of all relevant documents inserted into the FOOD2 Application Scheme. In addition, applicants with Danish exams must calculate grade averages according to the guidelines in the FOOD2 Application Scheme. Do not send originals etc. The application must not exceed 5 MB. Use appropriate software for reducing file size (e.g. Adobe Acrobat). FOOD can not assist with this.

 

In addition to the material submitted by the candidate the committee may require additional material in the judgement of the candidate. If requested the candidate must forward any material wanted.
